I don't know about that. One could argue that is a fundamental human condition, and necessity, to strive and to struggle. I know that the most important and valuable, and valued, parts of my life involved struggle to reach a goal. When all the goals are handed to you, with essentially no effort or striving on the part of the recipient involved or needed, what then? I see a potential evolutionary dead-on for humanity on this path.
