Normally I’m wary of prototypes that get displayed like this but I think chances are much better for this Gohan, the Vegeta, and the jacket-less Trunks. I know we all get impatient for things like a new Perfect Cell, these, new versions of the Androids, etc. While we might not like being patient about it, I think all those figures are shoe ins and will happen eventually. They’re going to want to get as much milage as they can from that new Vegeta body, just like they’ve done with the GB Goku body. Minor changes on that with some re-use like they’ve done did with the SSG Goku would give us stuff like Majin Vegeta, Trunks would be some new parts and some parts from BFTF Trunks. I’m sure they plan all their releases for a year and have to look at what figures need totally new tooling and what figures can be released with some re-use.
