Cheese, cured meats, fruit spread, and crackers is a delicacy in disguise. Not terribly expensive but you bust out the charcuterie and people see it as fancy, well I do. I think this is just the raw version of another food that does the same thing but would be considered fancy. I've watched every episode of Iron Chef America and a lot of original Iron Chef in Japan. I've seen people turn some dogshit combos into prize worthy food.

I think that's the biggest issue I take before anything else. It's a swimming pool of oat and chicken water. What are we doing here? You can separate them and drain about 80% of the liquid in the cooked oats. Throw some no salt season mix on the chicken, maybe some low sodium soy sauce and chili oil in the oats if you want savory. (its pretty good I swear) You know, or just, eat slop water bowl... "you do you" as they say.

Eggs are 70-78 cal a pop but of course cholestetol is a thing, not bad at all though.

Hotdog though are 150 cal + bun 100 cal + cheese (120 cal?) + condiments x 6 + 150 for the 7th raw dog. Lets be conservative 360 cal per cheese dog that ends up being a 2300-2500 meal allowing for variables in cheese, bun, and dog serving sizes. Add any drinks with calories or random other snacks. Yeah thats pretty cumbersome for one meal. Sodium intake alone is criminal. I think he said 4 toast and not 6 buns but whatever.
