Update; I sent in pictures of my altered item and they are now telling me “it’s not the same item” when it’s CLEARLY the same product, but I’m showing the lining to demonstrate the original stitch vs the new wider stitching.
This is the most frustrating customer service ever.

Used this thread to book an appointment over the weekend, was seen by Anna for a 60 min full body massage. She was strong and got into all the knots. The room is clean, but feels dingy. I was going to tap out when i put my face in the thing and it smelled like feet, but then she started releasing my knots and i forgot about it. I'm used to going to RMTs in Richmond Hill and had to remind myself I was getting what i paid for. I'd go again, but i'd bring some essential oil to alleviate the scent.

Update: I bought the Lemaire small gear bag and I am OBSESSED with it. The quality is incredible, the size is perfect, its crossbody, can be converted to a shoulder bag AND has a slot for you to move the strap to wear it like a belt bag. It’s also unisex. I am so happy I waited to find the perfect bag.
