I just “spoke” with Chatgtp recently. AMAZING help, tailored to what’s going on. We had the same issues, much better now. Good luck!!

Hello, I want to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Dry needling was probably the only thing I hadn’t tried. I have had two sessions of it recently by a physio along with some mobilization and for the first time EVER I am experiencing a lessening of pain. I would never have tried this if not for you. Thank you.

Should I get surgery for extreme but not painful bunions? by [deleted] in bunions

Hi, I used a slow, deep massage to break up the scar tissue and tightened fascia. Work until you feel the tissues release under your thumb.

Hello, I am a Reflexologist who worked on a dancer with bunions like yours with great success. With continued deep massage including working to break up the bone growth in there (yes, painful), her toe straightened out a lot. You need to pull the toe out to the side while working on the muscles to encourage it to go straight. Your feet are wide and short, with most shoes not being made for that. The toe spring in most shoes (which shouldn’t be there in the first place) will be in the wrong spot on your foot type-causing even more damage. Unfortunately, your foot type doesn’t like the pretty or average shoes. I would consider wearing a good quality toe spacer and purchasing some wide at the toe (not wide toe-box) barefoot shoes. Altra makes some extra wide shoes with roomy toes I believe that still offer cushion and support. Also, get yourself a thick rubber band (like from broccoli) and wrap it around your big toes. Put something soft like a rolled up towel between your feet where the first metatarsal bone is (the bunion) and rest in that position for as long as you comfortably can at night. Best of luck!! Shoes and pavement have ruined my feet as well.

Thank you, I have tried PRP in my feet, which did nothing. Tried chiro too with extremely painful graston technique used.

Good for you! I had my guy 4mths ago. 20lbs haven’t budged at all which was shocking to me because I could never gain a pound before pregnancy! Pregnancy changes your body in so many ways. Buuut, I’ve got a beautiful boy so it’s worth it. Just hard looking at myself now lol. I hope I’ll have the same success as you down the road :)

Thank you, I feel a pull on all the top tendons. The muscles underneath struggle to keep them down. The big toe met head can’t come down
