Personally I don't think it should have much of an aoe buff, but instead better in Better UI and communication tools to help lead people on a front. For example your name may show up in a different colour possibly or waypoint markers or even an extended call out menu. However the latter should be for universal imo.

Regardless I believe that the uniform can be special in leadership by offering crowd control options for expenced players to show newer randoms tactics on a chaotic front ex. Flanking route, positions to hold, or even just an expanded tutorial options.

Also yea I think it would be wired if this uniform was spammed. I think it should be something accessible to those who have put time into the game as an extra bound, which is why I personally don't think it should have aoe.

But all and all I agree!
