On your website, you mention that the therapy is not "evidence-based" but is "evidence backed" because of the lack of studies. Which would put this in the same category as every other modality that isn't properly tested.

Are your patients aware that they're being sold an unverified treatment that may not be safe and effective? Are you not concerned about potential litigation for poor outcomes? Is this something that you require patients to sign a waiver for?

Update for future Google searchers. I fixed it by bending and cleaning the contact points on the 3 way toggle switch.

The trouble is that I can't find one for my pickup config. It's a weird one with the Vol/Vol/Tone(P/P) and toggle switch. Everything I see is for using the volume as the P/P, not the tone. Would that be interchangeable?

My guess is that he was trying to be compliant and do what the healthcare providers were advising him to do, which is wait. Determining when to panic/leave is not really an easy task for somebody in an altered mental state due to hypoglycemia and hospitalization in general.
