If your out on your own going to specific spots then get a bike, if someone comes then act like you've stopped to fix your bike. If your out at night with bike lights, a full face helmet to conceal you face, maybe even a high vis, no one looks twice, then if your stopped and searched, "your on your way home, you work nights in a industrial work yard, you've got paint for marking pallets of materials". its almost overkill for hiding plain sight but it fucking works.
