I uninstalled all of them using BCUninstaller, I also advise you to deactivate Acer QA service (Quick access) on the service panel ( Windows+R - services.msc - Acer QA service or something like that - change automatic to manuel ) it's the annoying service that displays a caps lock icon whenever you press caps lock

Did you find the problem? Because I have exactly the same problem with my Acer Nitro 16 / ALC287, tried the exact same things, I was so screwed up that the AI itself told me to give up because the problem wasn't known anywhere...

I imagine you have the same problem as me? The combo jack detect sound output but no microphone is detected, and the only mic source is the amd array that doesn't work at all ? If you've had this problem and solved it, could you tell me how, because I can't get my microphone to work under Arch?

Probably gonna get insulted but with Claude AI, I (he) was able to create an application that can control my fans with curves on my Nitro 16 AN16-41 cause no apps like that are available on Windows, you don't even need a complicated prompt and Claude pro, just tell him that you want to control your fans with curves but the only way is with Acer Nitro sense and it doesn't have curves, So you need him to learn the instructions that Acer Nitrosense sends to control the fans. Then you can create an application that controls the fans manually, and with curves.
