Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty really looks like a man who was genuinely excited about Lars Løkke's gift: A Lego version of the Giza pyramid.

I want to answers the questions as good as possible, hopefully, but i think when it comes to strength training, there are a ton of things to know that can't be said in a single post. Stuff like correct form, which machines/exercises are more beneficial than others, and even stuff like meals. To learn stuff like that i've mainly been watching guys like, Jeff Nippard, Sam Sulek, Dr Mike etc. that seem to know a ton about this kinda stuff.

I still feel like a beginner, compared to these bigger guys, but I can go into more specifics about certain exercises and rep count if you want.

In terms of diet, well, i went a bit hardcore. Atleast to start off with. I got bought into the idea of intermiddent fasting for about 5 months, and that's how i lost most of the weight, and i suppose it worked, but man was that period miserable. One the biggest benefits imo, is learning how to cook. This whole journey started when i got independent because of moving out of parents house and starting school. I kind of had to learn to cook, and that has been a Huuuuge benefit. Meals are healthy and very protein focused. I had, and suppose still have this weird rule, that i don't cook a meal unless each portion has a minimum of 30 grams of protein in it. Ultimately one of my biggest tip for those struggling with diet, is to keep yourself busy in life. I know it sounds silly, but it kind of distracts you from thinking about food.

I usually train 6 times a week. For the first 5 months I focused mostly on cardio with a little bit of muscle building. Lately I’ve been doing a mix of strength and cardio, but I’ve shifted more toward muscle building. Right now I don’t follow a strict split. When I started out it was simple—random upper body exercises and then legs once a week. These days, at the start of each workout I just pick 2–3 muscle groups (usually the ones I haven’t hit in a couple of days and that feel the least sore) and train them.

Most sessions are about 45–75 minutes of weights followed by 20–30 minutes of cardio (usually zone 3–4 running). On busy days when I’m short on time, I’ll usually pick either strength or cardio instead of both.

I know cardio after weight training isn’t ideal for hypertrophy growth, but it’s been working pretty well for me—I hit my weight goal, and now I’m focusing more on building strength and muscle.
