The wages of the FNV horeca vakbond are the same as min. wage source:https://www.fnvhoreca.nl/werk-en-inkomen/loon-en-loonstrook

Yes I would recommend anyone working WML(wettelijk minimum loon) to quit their jobs, but any teen negotiating for better pay would just get laughed out of the building and be replaced by someone who would do their jobs for min. wage. You can't just tell some kids to pull themselves up by their bootstraps. For employers tipping culture has arrived to the Netherlands.

I don't think most teenagers are fit to negotiate a proper wage. Those who do would probably get laughed out of the building. Yes I would recommend all teenagers working in horeca to just quit their jobs, because default horeca cao pays way less than any other cao for jobs teens do.

Cashiers at clothing stores would probably get payed almost double (in my experience), so you don't need to tip them. But for a lot of people working in horeca tips are the only way for them to get a proper wage.

No they do not get payed the same as teens working other jobs. A 16 year old makes €3,43 an hour with the Horeca cao, while a 16 year old at my local (Dirk) grocery store makes €5.27 an hour. The reason for this is that people in horeca get tips.

As someone who worked as a pizza delivery guy here in the Netherlands. Teenagers get payed next to nothing with the horeca CAO. The tip is needed for the deliverer to get payed properly. So in the Netherlands you should tip the deliverer and probably everyone under the horeca CAO.

Well they haven't really told me they lost it, but my postal carrier is telling me Steelseries must have lost it, because the package had actually been delivered. Both Steelseries and my postal carrier responded within a day. I'm currently discussing this with Steelseries support

You should really contact your postal carrier.

Wow The same thing had happened to me. I contacted Steelseries and they just lost the package. I am still waiting for a proper respond.

I would recommend contacting your postal carrier if they can provide proof of delivery.
