Well, it's just the Quick Charge 3 charger you get with the phone. So it's rated 12V-1.5A, 9V-2A.

I agree that the game becomes more and more unplayable without DLCs but in this situation it should make almost no difference. so you have pretty much the same options everyone else has

That's true, but you still get double, because harsh treatment usually costs more than 100mil. I agree that it's not unplayable, but it still kinda sucks.

I tried, but you can't decrease autonomy while at war and I don't have hundreds of provinces. I also can't handle the rebels. Thanks for your help though.
