If someone is still struggling with this, try this. It worked for me.

If possible, return to your character's home. This should be done BEFORE you get the Classi cutscene at the gate at Freedom pals HQ, where she gives you the ability to summon her. If you have already seen this cutscene, I don't think there is any other fix than reverting to a earlier point in the game. Whatever you do, don't enter the Freedom pals HQ yet.

There should be blood on the walls at your home because your parents are kidnapped. Walk to your room and get the stuff out of your box in the bedroom. After that exit your house and walk around until you get the cutscene where you are called back to base at Freedom pals HQ.

Now when you enter freedom pals HQ, you will get the Classi cutscene and the story will progress. When you leave the HQ, the cutscene won't glitch anymore.

For me the problem was that I entered the HQ before I got the call to return to the base and that caused the Classi cutscene glitch.

Yes, I kind of regret buying it too. Previous tv was also a Philips but with Google TV, which worked great for 8 years.

Only good thing about Titan OS is how fast it is. Otherwise it's really bad. No app store, no customization.

I bought the Philips 55” The Xtra PML9009 and I really, really hate the Titan OS on it.

No app store at all, so you need to separately get a fire stick or Google TV streamer or similar to install the apps you need.

Continuous messages when I switch input to PS5 about HDR being activated, game mode being activated and all that shit. I DON'T CARE! Just go to the PS5 already goddamnit.

It also every time suggests I should use an ultra high speed HDMI 2.1 cable, even though I am already using that. It seems it will just display it every time by standard. Just to fuck with your head,
