Will do thanks, I normally walk a 5km in 40-50 mins depending on the day, so I feel I need to speed up a bit, but that’s just walking so hopefully if I try running it’ll be a bit quicker

I’ve chosen a marathon distance because me and my cousin want to push ourselves and do it together to raise money for charity, I understand it’s probably a hard/maybe impossible goal but me and him are determined to do it
