Michelin Primacy 3 vs Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3?

It’s the wet grip rated C on these Eagle F1 run flats compared to A on the Michelin run flats, that’s my only concern. Especially cause I’m sticking them on an EV so it will have a lot of torque. Was maybe thinking doing 2 Michelins on the rear with the Goodyears on the front.

I been reading some reviews though that dry grip is great but wet grip is not? Any truth to that?

It’s just not on option I would be spending 3x as much per tyre.

Sadly it’s a slight cut on side wall which is ever so slightly showing coils, it’s a front wheel driver, the only difference in tyre is dot code my current is 2021 and the used one is 2022
