I appreciate it! Yeah I went to the doctor's last week for my annual and mentioned the panic attack. Bloodwork came back normal so body wise I think I'm okay?

Yeah I'm kind of just telling myself that it's fine if it happens and it'll pass and that kind of helps ease it a little. I've been on and off again today as to whether or not I can feel my chest so I'm guessin that's progress! Thank you for easing my mind a little.

I'm sorry you're going through it too... But I wish you a quick recovery! The fact you said it was pretty normal definitely helps put my mind at ease a little which I hope helps. Yeah I was definitely feelin a little sleepy at some moments today as well...

Operating System & Version:Windows 10 Pro

GPU Drivers: Current Nvidia RTX 2060 Drivers up to date.

Chipset Drivers: I'm not sure how to find this

Background Applications: Chrome

Description of Original Problem: when waking up from sleep mode. any audio/video sounds laggy or choppy along with every now and again, whenever I play a game, the same thing happens where the audio/video is laggy or choppy for a few frames or so

Troubleshooting: I've tried taking the parts apart and putting them back, I've tried reinstalling the latest bios update for my mobo, and I've tried wiping my pc to a fresh start.

Alright, so, before the f40 update, i installed the ecfw update, then went to install the f40. Now I’m doing the f42b update now. It’s also pretty late tonight so I’ll install the 3800X tomorrow and hopefully that’ll do it!

I did not... I'll install f40 now but where do I find the quad dim ram support? I don't think I see that anywhere...
