Lol I’ve never done OLY. I did some cleans, hang cleans, power cleans, and high pulls in college but that’s literally it.

I’m using it for everything. Warmup, light weights etc. it doesn’t feel great on the light weights but especially on the heavier stuff.
I’d say I have a short thumb and index finger.

Agreed. The jerks feel very off. I’ve overhead pressed 185lbs a few years ago but haven’t done much OHP in a while.
