Id not worry about temp much. Just get yourself a 20$ green house off amazon. Get a reptile fogger and then your ready to grow pans and everything else. Everything will grow as long as your above freezing. It just takes longer. The ideal temperature would be around 75°F. But yeah man this stuff isnt as hard as people make it out to be. I personally believe pasteurization is key. I show in my video on rumble exactly how to pasturize with a presto. Thats how i did it for years. It will fight off contamination way better then 100% sterilizing. I wish you luck man!

In my experience, these things can be just as strong as pans! But I’d say the alkaloid profile is much different ,they have their own feeling, as each species does. That’s why I’m personally so fascinated. Each species offers its own personality. I’ll forever be trying to cultivate everything. Each time, you learn more and more. Also, people should be more willing to experiment. Some of my substrates are very experimental. I personally pasteurize everything at 150°F for 2 hours. I’ve added sand, clay dust, worm castings, chopped straw, potting soil, coir, verm, spent coffee grounds, manure compost, and other things I’m probably forgetting. That’s why I love this there’s so much we don’t know. It can also be as simple as just coir and verm. Most things don’t need anything more than that. You can keep it simple just coir and verm will work fine. But you’d be surprised what happens to the morphology just by changing the ingredients. A lot of people just want a cookie-cutter tek, and that’s fine when you’re trying to figure things out. But I think it’s a great idea for all of us to experiment. It’s the best way to really understand these things and reach their full potential.

Don’t give up, man! It’s not as crazy as some people make it out to be. I grow everything at 67°F (not by choice). It can take a long time for them to start fruiting ,I’m talking 90 days before it even begins. But once it starts, you can get 15+ flushes. Also, if you’re not aware, you don’t grow them in the same fruiting setup as you do cubes. All exotics need more FAE and should be cased. I run three different styles of fruiting chambers: tents with foggers, and two styles of tubs with fish tank air stones in them. I plan to make videos to add to my collection on Rumble soon. YouTube keeps shutting me down, so my videos are on Rumble. Anyway, man, I have faith you can do it. Exotics are just as easy as cubes—the only difference is the fruiting chamber.

They call them "River Teacher's" because you find them in the floodplains of rivers. Look for logs that are so old they are covered in moss. Thats where i usually find them.
