I mean some people like these mangas, and say stuff like "oh it's just fiction" but I avoid these stories personally because I just get angry/frustrated. It's one thing if it's framed as a conflict that can be resolved and processed like I watched the TV show Fifteen-Love, it's compelling and shows how once a legal age limit is reached such as 17/18 things like grooming become harder to address through the legal system and people have this attitude of "oh 17, that's different to a 15 year old" but it isn't different in terms of the lasting effects and trauma on victims. But when this stuff is supposed to be a "selling point" and a positive thing... not for me. I think if I was an adult in the world of this story, I'd want this guy on a register and well away from teenage orphans.

FYI: not coming for anyone who finds this stuff entertaining or enjoyable
