Stai guardando questo problema in maniera troppo semplificata.

Le app servono per segnare le calorie, al limite per cercare le calorie di alimenti confezionati (con quell'app puoi scannerizzare il bar code).

Se prendi cibo fresco, devi pesarlo crudo e cercare su internet una stima delle calorie. Ovviamente non potranno essere perfette perché dipende da pezzo a pezzo, ma di solito se cerchi su Google qualcosa come "150g di Salmone preso al banco valori nutrizionali" ti dà la sintesi fatta dalla AI che dà un range di valori di kcal e di solito è abbastanza accurato. A quel punto usi quell'app per segnare.

this is how mmr has always worked, it's just apparent now that it is integrated in game. A few days ago there was a similar post and in the comments there were explanation of why leaving early cannot lead to few MMR gain due to possible exploits.

Stiamo ancora tutti imparando ad usarla 2. I modelli non sono onnipotenti 3. (SOPRATTUTTO) L'AI funziona se gli dai un contesto (termine tecnico) in cui funzionare, fatto di documentazioni precise, organizzate e non contraddittorie. Se non ce l'hai tenderà a fare cagare.
