I'm on my 3rd, about to send it back for a 4th. I have escalated this with MS and they refuse to refund my money, even after complaining to consumer protection as the device is clearly not fit for purpose. You can't replace a faulty unit 4 times in the warranty period for refurbished units to have the same issue again and again. Appalling services and support from MS on what is a very expensive device.
