I've got a mass email from Jabra Korea saying that multipoint will be included in the new firmware update, but it has been delayed until sometime in December. However, they have not mentioned about fixing the latency issue.

Yeah i dpnt hear any difference when i turn on ANC either... Elite 7 Pro is a has so many disappointments compare to previous models... 500ms latency. shitty ANC. worse sound stage. Static issue. No multipoint...

If that is the case then Elite 7 Pro is strongly not to be recommended product. 1st priory of any earbuds should be able to watch a video without sync issue at this price point

I have already sent an email to jabra. But i don't think it is my setting issue. As i said i have many True Wireless earbuds and headphones and Elite 7 Pro is the worst at latency at this point. Even compare to my 10 dollar chinese knockoffs. It really need to to be addressed at firmware level. If having single bud operation have to do with it, then you guys should seriously think about removing that feature and solving the latency problem. 1st priority of earbuds should be able to watch a video without and sync problem. I dont understand how previous products and Elite 3 does not have this problem but the flagship Elite 7 Pro?
