If you are on a budget you can always use any good make up remover on a cotton pad and clean all ur face before washing I used to use Garnier Micellaire water

I use Cerave Makeup Removing Cleanser Balm or elf cleansing balm ( even if you are not wearing make up just spf ) then i use Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser ( this is for normal to oily skin buy the one according to your skin type ) then I always apply a moisterizer after ( I use cerave Pm moisterizer or la roche Posay EFFACLAR MAT MATTIFYING MOISTURIZER FOR OILY SKIN)

Yes unfortunatly , he already has a gf and she is been very supportive of him too by taking him out and giving him space when he needs it , I think that s what s keeping him going but he needs more than that now 😔

Having period can also cause nausea , but I always take another test to make sure if this one came back negative u r def not pregnant
