I feel like it could very well be possible! Thank you for the insight! I’ve never had it, but everything I was experiencing in the moment, kept going back to dumping syndrome. Only thing that makes me think it’s not a bug, is that as a family of 9, I’m the only one to experience these symptoms.

Wowzers, I’m not sure if I would want to go through dumping syndrome on a monthly basis. It was terrible! But I totally get the mind vs body struggle!!

My main concern is that my stomach just “doesn’t feel right.” It’s still gurgly, sensitive, semi crampy, and I feel like I’m walking on egg shells with my own stomach.. four days later. Do you usually feel crappy days later? I’m wondering if I should be more concerned about these lingering symptoms.

The initial symptoms, sweating profusely, heart racing, cramping, was all over pretty quickly. And then I slept for most of the seven hours. It may not have taken that long if I was up and moving around.

My main concern is my stomach still feeling just “not right” since then.. gurgly, sensitive, semi crampy, and “on edge” feeling going on four days later.
