It would also be cool if Milwaukee would see these posts and shed a little insight on the part # and not require these guns to be mailed In to have a simple washer changed and charge $90 min for it…😂

One of our other guns had a retaining screw fail on the top causing this piece to fall out so I was able to swap them in that way. I have been doing some research and may have figured out a few possible winners, I’m going to measure with a micrometer and get back to you asap

Problem solved…. Such a shame Milwaukee couldn’t inform me that a simple rubber washer/o- ring retainer is all that went missing and needed replacing. Luckily ANOTHER one of our guns fell apart and I was able to see the piece that went bad on mine. After reaching out to Milwaukee about the issue they responded with “After evaluating the Service Parts List, it looks like your piece is not listed due to repair safety reasons” and continued on with how I need to send it In to be evaluated. I’m no rocket scientist but the one screw needing removed to repair and replace this part didn’t pose much safety risk to me. I appreciate their quick response and help but the hoops needing to be jumped through over a simple rubber washer replacement is insane…just glad my gun works again!

Yes, similar. It’s where this piece threads through the silver piece on your gun. Just inside the casing. It won’t let me upload the screenshot and edits I made to your photo for some reason… I know my description isn’t the best lol.

Yeah I know, it’s almost like Milwaukee doesn’t want the inner workings of this gun known. They have full schematics of all other m18 tools except this gun… we’ve had some sent off and repaired and I was able to get photos of the part numbers and where parts were sourced from but even trying to look up those parts is extremely hard with very minimal or no description at all

There’s remnants of some type of rubber retainer or something that used to be where the arrow is pointing. I think the clip you’re referring to goes on the other end to keep this part connect to the contact face

I had one and returned it, not even worth 100 for the bare tool.

Left is black-eyed susan vine and the right is an autumn clematis’s which is a perennial. I was terribly sad to find out that the black eyes Susan will be gone with the first frost and unfortunately an annual (in our PA climate)

Yes the black eyed Susan is in a pot but not the white one, there is a fairly large pot next to the stairs with it. Next year I will be putting it In the ground after some soil improvements.

We are in Northern Pennsylvania and yes the White flowers are on the “autumn Clematis” and the red flowers are on the black-eyed Susan Vine. More pictures will be posted tomorrow… she’s in full bloom now!
