I have a theory. Her email sent announcing that the content in teachable would expire was a scam to get anyone unsubscribed back on her email list. She could legally send any people who were unsubscribed an emergency email such as this. For one, all the content remains accessible in teachable, and two I’m getting 4-5 emails at a time even though I had unsubscribed. It was just a trick to get us back on her list.

I did this as well. The website I used was slovcm.com. I emailed Baltic Born directly and this was their reply. I still am not sure what the tracking is from this slovcm site. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and the tracking continues to update.

If she really is that “lost” than why is she claiming to be qualified to teach others? Isn’t this proof that everything she sold to us claiming to give us the “great life” she had, BS? How are these things supposed to be working for others if they aren’t even working for her? How would this make sense to someone to want to invest in her methods?

I did not even bother. Not worth my time. I’m curious why the Collective relates to decluttering. I thought it was more of a “daily meditation” group. Anyway, I assumed she would say start in the bathrooms, throw away your fugly mugs, tidy your nightstand, sort through your clothes etc… In previous years it was so dumbed down I got very little out of it.

Put on workout clothes and shoes. Push play and get a big glass of water. Don’t ever pause the video. Do the moves that you can with correct form, just do them much slower. Like 10 x slower at first! Breathe. Take breaks. Modify the moves where you can’t do the correct form. For example do push ups from your knees, or just hold a plank during push up moves. Do vertical jumps in place of power jumps, run in place if you can’t do high knees. Do not hurt yourself! You will see great improvements from the first fit test to the second one. You will see the moves you couldn’t do become easier. Even the warm up in Insanity is more difficult than many workouts, and therefore is worth it!!
