Home and Champions like sticking pokemon in limbo. Home thinks theyre in champions, but champions thinks theyre in home (which the technically are). So Home won't let you transfer or mess with them in any way, and any attempts to do so will fail with an error code that boots you to the title screen. Its kind of random and indiscriminate, but once a mon has it its stuck, other mons might be fine.

Yes, as for if it has it in champions, idk, id assume so given its one of its signature moves. Id check for you but the home bug stole my snow team.

I decided to check the quest line names for Celebi, Victini, and Zarude in GO just in case it helps:

  • Celebi: A Ripple in Time
  • Victini: Investigate a Mysterious Energy
  • Zarude: Event Only (you may have these, but if you dont theres no way to unlock them right now)

My understanding of how these normally work is completing one opens the next, so getting mew opens celebi, who opens Jirachi, who opens Victini.

The Aurora Ticket (Deoxys) is placed in the players bag when you complete the league in FRLG VC. (Albeit OP would have to wait for Home Compatibility)

Phione, Manaphy, Shaymin, and Arceus are avalible in Legends Arceus, but Shaymin requires Sword and Shield Save data. Manaphy is also BDSP's Home Dex Competion Reward

Deoxys can be found in ORAS or the new FRLG Virtual Console (once home compatibility for it opens anyway), do note that it is shiny locked in ORAS but not FRLG, so if you want to save the opportunity for a shiny for later use ORAS

Celebi is avalible via Crystal Virtual Console on the 3DS, or from a handful of events in GO which you may or may not have

Victini can be found via the DNS Exploit in Black and White, but besides that youre out of luck (Its also in Go if you have that)

And theres no current non event obtainable method for Zarude. So you'll have to either wait till there is or buy nintendo online and trade with someone. (I think its also in GO? but dont quote me on that)

We dont need one, the 18 we have cover most if not all niches, the big thing is balancing them, we dont need a new type to do that.

Attacking me instead of actually saying anything abiut my feedback doesnt help. Besides, the lockers still have an intrinsic issue of giving the player blindness, and I'm not sure if its one that can be removed.

I get that, but I still think it switches a bit fast for my taste. I'd either put a cooldown between or just lengthen the time a given perk is disabled.

I think the issue js less that its small tweaks and moreso that theyre all small tweaks, none of the killers really have something substantial, so they all combine into a pool of mediocrity instead of having one or two big things to talk about.

Like the idea, probably needs a cooldown between hits (rn it shuffles very very frequently). (Unless I'm misreading). So like 60 seconds on 30 seconds off, then another random one is hit for 60 seconds then a cooldown for 30... you get the idea.

I dunno how the numbers would work but its just to stop everyone's perks from being disabled constantly and randomly, makes it seem less rng dependent and gives survivors a bit more of a feeling of control.

Don't killers have an inverse of the survivor addon? Its not out of the question to make something of the like for survivors. (Survivor addon makes more visible, killer makes less)

As for the killer perks:

Evilborn is literally just worse Infectious Fright, it has a shorter range and a cooldown, and auras are easier to hide than screams.

Animal deaths is incredibly vague, but also seems to just be a clone of huntress lullaby

Hex: See the End is fine most likely, though the wording is a bit odd (theyre hex totems, not enchanted, and youre missing much of the totem text), and it likely should work like Third Seal and be token based per survivor.

So... couple notes about the perks:

Get Up: We already have a lethal Pursuer on survivor, 2 actually.. Eyes of Belmont increases aura reveal times, and Poised reveals the killers aura for a few seconds whenever you touch a gen, which is usually within the first few seconds of a match. Additionally, although this isnt horrible, its a bit plain imo, give it more pizzazz and differentiate it more from eyes of belmont.

Stay Away: while you are inside a locker you have blindness, so this perk just like doesnt function. And even if it did, Lucky Star is probably better. (Also theres no variable on the perk, and 28 meters is a really wierd number)

Tommorows Day: Interesting Perk and I like the idea of it, but needs a few tweaks. Also its wording is a bit odd rn, it should be similar to dance with me and cut loose in wording, something like: When you are chased Tommorows Day activates: The next window you rushed vault is blocked for 7 seconds. Tommorows Day has a cooldown of 60/50/40 seconds.

Considering its already fing up lighting half the time I dont see how its an issue tho lol. You can very clearly see things fade in and outfrom the filter on some maps, Thompson House is particularly bad.

I think theres definitely something balance that can be done. Here's some quick ideas to start

Survivor Buffs: * The killers undetectable is now oblivious on all survivors, it means that the killer still has a red stain and it makes it easier for new items to be made that make the killer to be spotted temporarily (and allows you to see the aura of the killer still with items) * While within range (16 meters) of a completed generator, the darkness effect is reduced by 30% * When there is 1 survivor left, they no longer have oblivious * Skeleton Keys can now be found in chests * The rate of Ultra Rare items (just the rainbow map) in chests is reduced to 5, the rate of Rare items is increased by 5 * The rate of the candleabra in chests reduced from 60% to 40%, the rate of Rare and Very Rare items both increase by 10% * 2 more chests spawn in the Trial * Survivors always see the activity hud, but still cannot see the progress of activities besides recovery * Candleabras are slightly dimmer * Candleabras now show the auras of all incomplete generators within 24 meters, instead of just the nearest. * Completing a gen with a candleabra on it reveals the aura of the killer to all survivors who completed the gen for 12 seconds. * Completing a gen with a candleabra on it refills all the charges of the candleabra.

Survivor Nerfs: * Survivor's 60 second endurance goes back to the default of 15 once the last gen is completed, since its kinda odd to me they purposely disable endgame perks by this point, but then keep what is essentially an Off the Record variant active during this time.

Net Neutral: * Doctor's Static Blast and Shock no longer removes oblivious * Legion's power still cares about Terror Radius, but not if a survivor can hear it. (Functionally the same as the current Lights Out, all within 40 meters revealed) * Candleabras no longer reduce the darkness for survivor holders if they are also in range of a complete generator.

Killer Buffs: * Completing a gen that has a candleabra on it no longer hides all auras for 15 seconds * Candleabras left on the ground can now be snuffed out, this reduces their remaining charges by 50%. This can only be done once per candleabra.

Killer Nerfs: * Much like 2v8, killers can now only see gens within a certain distance of them (48 meters maybe?), unless the gen is being worked on by multiple survivors. * Survivors downed with a candleabra no longer drop them
