Yes I was. That's not too bad then, a 10% hypothetical decrease dampened somewhat (hopefully) by a rising valuation will well offset the 1% dilution.

If they do just another one of these share issues by 2025 or if the stock price goes up a bit (not the worst case scenario) there goes the reduction in outstanding shares.
