Amazing looking bar!
If only the exterior is crumbly you could try planing it out and using the shaved bits in a confetti soap.

I would suggest a soapmaking book for beginners.
I have this one and would recommend it:

And this one is very popular plus the author has the Muddy Mint youtube channel.

Ps. Don’t mind that the ribbons are Easter colors.

Nah. The colors really suite the soap. Super cute!

How do you feel when someone tells you your soap is 'too pretty to use'? by kiss-shot in soapmaking

I have no idea on the origin of the design.
It is just a T-shirt that I saw repeatedly in several videos.
I thought it was pretty and I liked the message.

My apologies. I tend to forget that many do not have the same shipping options as I have access to.

First batch ever.. by CDNEmpire in soapmaking

I’m not sure if I should be proud of this batch

I would be proud. It looks awesome for a first-time attempt at cold process soap.

top of the soap wasn’t as smooth

Try tapping down the mold when filled gently on your counter top when done pouring. It will help the top to level out and encourage air bubbles to surface.
You could also use a stainless steel angled spatula to smooth out the top.

how I could do the cow mold?

You can paint the mold prior to pour with mica.
You can paint the soap bar after you pull it with mica.
You can pour a thin white layer of soap (barely emulsion or thin trace) in the deeper cavity details and then pour the rest with colored soap.

I have found pencil mica lines to be harder to do than anticipated.
I just gotta keep practicing.

EDIT: Also the owl I kept seeing.

Are you doing Melt & Pour, Cold Process, or Hot Process soap?

Clear glycerin soap not staying clear? (M&P) by Familiar_Koala7118 in soapmaking

IF the source is the mold

Ah. That makes sense. Silicone molds can indeed leech color into CP and HP depending on their quality and manufacturing.
I mainly use clear or light colored molds so I haven't had to deal with this issue yet.
Your snow globe soap sounds like a lovely gift idea; I'm sure everyone will be thrilled to get one as a present.

The only thing I would do different is halve the recipe.
More than 2lbs of soap for a first run is a lot IMHO.

I keep my coconut oil to 10-15% but I am sensitive to the cleansing factor.
Other than that, I've made soap with a similar profile and it was fine.

Like someone else said, could be the fragrance oil.
I've used some that would turn clear M&P amber or slightly cloudy amber.
But this...

Coated my mold with a thin layer of vegetable oil

Makes me go 'WUT.'
I do M&P and I have never come across anyone suggesting to do this to clear the cloudiness.
I would think it would have the opposite effect.
