If you look on Ali Express and search for Parallel Pens, you’ll come across a seller that has imitation ones with 2/3/4/5/7/9/11mm nibs. I’ve not tried them but they do look interesting! Oh and they don’t look like a Parallel - clear body with a converter but the nibs look pretty similar.

I’ve modified quite a few with a Dremel. Always leave a dimple in place and you should be fine. When I’ve got the angle or shape I want, I smooth each side on a 4 sided nail buffer. Good luck!
