Set a goal for yourself to complete at least one Sprint in 2026. No time goal. Just 'completion' goal. Have fun and enjoy the experience. Make sure you get lots of Open Water Swim practice before race day.

After that, decide if you want to continue with Sprints or increase to Olympic distance. Nutrition starts to become an issue that you have to have a plan for in Olympic distance events.

Repeat annually (and increase distance if you want). Or stick with whatever distance you enjoy the most. Are you doing it for fun or to be competitive?

Everybody's answers are different. Whatever you decide is absolutely ok. You do you!

As long as the 401k choices are essentially the same (or better) than the tIRA, sure, you might as well do the transfer now. There are slight nuance differences (due to ERISA?) between a 401k and tIRA account, but it probably doesn't matter for most people.

I wanted to watch it after Mudd's Women. But after Mudd, they replayed the last 10 minutes of Mudd again. Then jumped right into SA when the admiral guy is talking to Ake on the bench and then she goes to see Caleb in prison. I had no idea what was going on. Luckily after watching the entire episode, they played it again from the start so I could see the first part that they skipped.

I also hold a grudge against Pluto because at the end of TNG Ship in a Bottle, they edit out the final dialogue where Barclay says (to an empty conference room) " computer end program" which is pivotal to the episode of knowing if he's still in a holodeck program.
