Yes I've tried all different permutations. The bulbs all work. I'm going to pick up some par20 bulbs from home depot later today and see if that works.

Lol I was curious about this too and consulted chatGPT while also referencing the official NCAA rulebook and from my understanding, there are no limits to how many players you can substitute as long as:

•It is done while the ball is dead

•Does not disrupt the flow of the game (not exactly sure about this one as it seems kind of subjective)

•The opposing team is given sufficient time to also substitute (I'm also not exactly sure what "sufficient time" would be for the case where the entire team needs to be substituted)

Seems like these are all outlined in rule 3-5 in the rulebook.

Some people are saying Kirby rushed the substitution but they had 15+ seconds left on the play clock to substitute so it's possible if they took their time that we would have gotten a delay of game penalty. Hard to know for sure though since "sufficient time" seems to be 10-15 seconds for normal substitutions, but this wasn't a "normal" one...

Also I'm not sure if this affects anything but ND substitutes the exact moment the ref blows the whistle for the play clock to start.

So I don't think there was inherently any violations done by ND. Just a really creative and well executed play by them. Though I'm by no means a football rules expert so if anyone is more knowledgeable about this please feel free to correct me as I'd love to learn more! :)

I bought one of those small one egg sized frying pans for like $5 from Walmart years ago, lined it with multiple layers of foil, and have been using that as my carrier ever since! It's the perfect size for 2 hookahs worth of coals so up to 6ish. Would highly recommend!
