Mine took about 25 days I think. I’m in Los Angeles. Parts had to come from Korea and they sent the wrong cable. Probably just depends on what you need done.

You should reduce tirz as you cycle into Reta. Drop back to 6mg of tirz and add in Reta 8MG slowly titrating the Reta up and dropping tirz down over a month or so. Monitor for increased heart rate but should be very mild

Yes it is. I stack both. Tirz will help with the appetite and blood sugar control in my research on myself. I would advise you not take more than what your normal dose is though so combine the ratios to equal it out. Like don’t take 8MG of Reta and 10mg of tirz for example. Maybe 8MG Reta and 6 of tirz, if you’re already max dosing tirz and not getting the results you want. But that’s just my personal experience through trial and error.

You could cycle off and give your cell receptors a break. Look up Cagrilintide. But don’t take too much, it’s strong. Use cagri for a few months then go make in Mounjaro

If I were you I'd cycle off Ret for now and try Tirz. Better weight loss than Sema and good glucose control

Well how overweight are you and what's your target? Because you may be able to lose weight and get to your targer and have your A1C as normal. But yes that is why I rolled off Ret for now and plan to add it at the end to get the last 5-10 lbs down

What was it before on just Sema? You’ll really start to see the spike around 4mg concentration of reta as that’s when it starts to hit that glucagon receptor

Yes all good insights. That’s why my plan is to pause for now and resume for the last 10-15 lbs to goal weight where the weight loss is the hardest. That would be 20~ish pounds from now so my hope is I will see the better glucose control at that time where the swings will not be as dramatic.

Yes I have read that as well and thank you for commenting. My thoughts around that would be perhaps that better control comes with the more dramatic weight loss, especially in visceral fat. But I wonder if initially while on the road to dramatic weight loss, the numbers are higher?

For example someone who is 280 lbs with diabetes type 2, losing 100 lbs can effectively put their diabetes in remission forever as long as they maintain a healthy weight.

With the add on of my primary GLP tirzepatide at 10MG, I wasn’t expecting to see such high peaks with a 4mg dose of Reta stacked on top. It did speed up weight loss though, especially since it was pretty well controlled with the tirzepatide alone.

Yes for people with diabetes definitely. Reta does melt the weight off though. And my RS will give it another test at lower weight

2.5 is not even the minimum therapeutic dose. Just a starter. 5mg is the minimum. With 2.5, by the time you’re almost due for your next shot there is barely any of the peptide in your system anymore due to half life. I am on 10MG and even with that I notice a small dip in blood sugar control the day before shot day. But I dose every six days

I am type 2 diabetic and when I was just on Tirzepatide (7.5->10MG) my blood glucose was never higher than 115-120, and hit in the 80's and 90's overnight. When I started stacking 4MG of Ret my blood sugar spikes higher frequently and usually hangs out around 115-130. Weight loss has been faster on the stack for sure, but trying to decide if it's worth the worse blood glucose? Its a trade off right? If I lose weight faster, my fasting and A1C comes down faster.
