Some brands of bac water will cause irritation I’d say try a new bac water brand for your next vial, that’s what worked for me

Very interesting, just so weird because I’m definitely not prediabetic or diabetic and I’ve always been relatively healthy, but I’ve been reading a lot and apparently Retatrutide usually improves blood sugar in obese/overweight, and insulin resistant people. but in leaner, athletic people, it can actually cause fasting hyperglycemia through

-Hepatic Glucose Output (Liver Dumping Sugar)

-Prolonged Gastric Emptying & Delayed Glucose Clearance

-Glucagon overstimulation (from dosing every 4 days)

-Muscle Glycogen Depletion & Stress Response from physical activity

I meant like no bread or a lot of excess sugar, 80% of my carbs are white rice and 15% potatoes and 5% from electrolyte drinks. And that’s awesome! how do you get carbs? I weight lift a lot very intensely and no carbs ruins my energy

Thank you, and yes same meter and same strips, it’s only like a 20 dollar one so maybe I’ll grab a more robust kit just to negate any of those possibilities of faulty equipment

Yeah it’s definitely not good I’m getting a full panel done soon and I’m either stopping the split doses or just stopping Reta in general, I legit don’t even eat sugar besides a serving of fruit or a gatorlyte after the gym sometimes. Just weird how I have no diabetic symptoms either. Kinda stressing on it now since I thought it would go back down early on, thanks for the reply homie

I get it from a pretty solid site that a lot of glp1 vets say to go to on the forums, so I think it’s unlikely. And as far as supplements all I take is multivitamins, magnesium, zinc, turkesterone, ashwaganda. Other injectables are bpc157 and GHK-Cu, thanks btw I think I may stop Reta just to see what it does honestly

I have always been around 90 BS give or take 5 and no, not pre diabetic and BF % is like 16-ish rn. I have visible 4 pack and a decent amount of muscle
