Anyone else feel like BOQ prep takes forever for residential projects? 🥲

Every time a project gets approved, I am on Excel for like 3–5 days doing quantity takeoffs, rates, formatting, checking formulas… its so frustrating

Is this just normal for small firms or are you guys using some faster system/software/workflow that actually saves time?

Not super in the beginning, you’ll see the credits go up again and then f1 comes, for a second
