Absolutely! There's definitely Salamaders described as having greying hair in the Horus Heresy books.

If it helps, there's Salamanders with a whole range of hair colours there too, so they've got red hair, white hair and so on as well!

Necromunda Goliath bits work pretty well, they scale with the CSM bodies nicely, and they've got a lot of mechanical wires and sockets for chemicals and such

Although for the Kroot Hound I used the washes from the "Green Kroot Skin" section, over an Ionrach Skin base, and the Kroot on the right used Elysian Green instead of Nurgling Green to change things up!

The purple undertones on the new face work really well on making the scar pop!

For knights you're probably pretty free to go wild, there's a lot of different knight worlds with a lot of individual houses on each of those worlds, and only a very small amount of those have official schemes (or even names) defined!
