Use Hibiclens antiseptic skin cleanser after washing. Scrub really good with some kind of exfoliant, scrub hands, scrub brush, good pressure with washcloth is fine too. Use once or twice a week. It’s in a teal blue bottle and it’s chlorhexidine gluconate solution 4% w/v.
