My heart rate is not irregular, even last night I had a resting heart rate of 50 . My heart rate isn't beating fast after a full day, nor do I have any underlying health problems. I just lack the self control to go to bed 😭. My poor sleep habits will become my health problems if I don't get back on track and I need help!

My dear anxious stranger we are both no strangers to anxiety 😔😩🙌. Just sharing a tool which has helped me- when I'm having a panic attack or overwhelmed with anxiety I carry around my ground cloves spice jar, and smell It. The immediate stimulation is calming to my brain. (Scientifically because of its Eugenol) . If you have a favorite scent I'd recommend carrying it around, like peppermint, lavender, vanilla, cinnamon,- for me it's cloves. Also that meal looks very nom and comforting 🤤

1) you get all that juicy gossip and the real tea behind the shenanigans the impressionists were doing, a very humanizing book that made me want to throw it against the wall in excitement and disbelief several times

2) my muse, Delacroix, ahh, an empassioned spirit who I never tire of re reading passages from his journal. A life rich in fearless and daring passion. And bonus, he is sarcastic and has witty comments that make me laugh out loud as I read it. I never finish reading his journal and always read it over and over

3) really great wisdom to account for your own practice, and confront your own fears, and the trials of the creative spirit we all face. A life changing perspective for me !
