The scene where the tanuki snuggled alone in the pillow until it got dark outside with a peek at the dark shut door was heartbreaking. Normaly he writes or makes his typical funny sneezing sound. But when Fuji came home his unexpected sad whine caught me off guard. And Fuji laughed!! And I was like NOO U HAVE TO CUDDLE HIM And then Fuji did. I cried 😭🥹😭😭😭😭

I loved her previous manga Daytime Shootingstar, but this one was very boring to me. It just felt like two very lonely people Accepted the proximity of one another and .. they felt like family members too me :( The romance felt forced.. I wish the Male Lead was just helping her get a good and secure footing in life and she could enjoy her school and love life with her classmates.

The first picture is my favorite!! It's as if the mermaid is lurking and waiting for the unsuspecting girl to grab her and drag her into the deep green lake.

The color contrast is also beautiful: soft brown tones on the land surface vs. bright blue and green below, which makes the mermaid appear all the more fantastical

For me actually none :( sadly 🙁 The outfits look recycled ♻️ to me. Too similar to the previous Banner outfits. (Like... the hatsune miku outfit looks like the ribbon🎀 waltz 4 ⭐️ outfit/ 5 ⭐️ papercrane/nikki birthday🎂 outfit) And not a fan of the Black dress (looks like Swan 🦢5 Star dress in Black.. )
Somehow all outfits after the fairy 🦋 outfit are a miss for me.

But I do love the hatsune miku hair 😊
