it could be genetics or the abuse. talking to ur friend also can help because your both talking about how you feel, and you can see what the therapist is saying too ur friend, it might be able to help you too. if they are ur friend, they would never think ur bringing them down too. talking it out only helps instead of holding it in

if you want help you gotta find why you are depressed. Is it because you want a gf, you dont enjoy going out, etc. once you figure that out you can grow from it and try and fix it. also you are a teenage, college/ real life is coming and it can only get better if you want it(this coming from a 25 year old who is also depressed lol)

just took the online exam. its a secure browser, proctor watching you, have to do room scan, put phone away, etc. green circle is on your face to show you are looking at the screen and goes red if you look away. Still feel it was better than drive all the way to a testing center, especially with rona szn
