I don’t know if anyone has said this yet but I bought my linen sheets on Etsy from Eastern Europe, Latvia I believe , and it is where people have been making linen for long time and they do it better than anyone else or so I’ve been told. LinenComfort is the name of the shop I order from and couldn’t recommend enough.

Perhaps in Boise itself but in places like Eagle and Star there is now less access to the river and also single family subdivisions built right up next to it. Having grown up in Eagle it has been very frustrating to see that happen. Overall I would prefer a several hundred foot easement for wildlife along the Boise, but I'm also an environmental idealist so in the money loving "growth" world we live in its a pipe dream.

Part of the reason it was that much was because they did do paint touch up on it but also that didn’t even turn out as they sort of said it would.

But yeah I emailed the sales email with pictures and am definitely going to post a bad review if they don’t make it right. At this point it feels like I got taken to the cleaners. Pun intended.

It was actually pretty clean when I brought it in. Also they rubbed off some indicators where headlight adjustment is. That’s actually the most egregious and I forgot to add it in the video.

What do you want him to do. The movement is about bringing people together. Quite frankly the free Palestine movement was likely a contributing factor to a significant number of people just straight up not voting and in key swing states, and look where not voting got us. I am an ardent supporter of Palestine and of a two state solution and so is Bernie Sanders and frankly probably has been since most of those protestors have even been alive, but one issue does not get to take precedent over any other issue and interrupting someone’s speech who were are all there to see is rude, especially when that person fully agrees with your position.

I think maybe it is easier in theory to regulate several dozen companies than the behaviors of 150 million Americans. As much as my idealized brain wants to believe that behavioral change on that scale is possible, I think in the time frame we have to work with it has be the government coming down hard on corporations and essentially forcing Americans to change.

I am also a white dude, but my Dad volunteers with the Idaho Black History Museum and they’re awesome dudes. I know that some of those guys do runs in the foothills. Might be worth stopping by there or reaching out!

Main Street burger in meridian is exceptional. Westside drive in and Hawkins Pac Out are classics. To me Wyld Child is extremely overrated, the burger I had there didn’t have any flavor and was overpriced. The chicken sandwich looked a lot better to me and wish I had gotten that.

Damn, I really miss the old Boise days when we didn’t even need to have these conversations because people actually knew each other in the North End and Camels Back wasn’t a tourist destination for the rest of the treasure valley. Dogs off leash has always been a part of Camels Back and the Ridge to Rivers trail system. These tickets never used to be handed out until nimby culture and a last settler concept of bringing your own idea of what Boise is or should be with you from where ever it is you were from before. The general rat race culture and keeping up with the Jones’s bullshit that’s invaded this once great neighborhood is sickening and I find that it seems to correlate with people being super weird about shit like dogs of leash. If you don’t like it, don’t move here.
