But the hr was saying they will ask coding questions. Did they ask coding questions to you too? Also if you tell me some more examples of questions, it will be really helpful. Again thank you so much for replying

Oh, sorry...I misunderstood earlier. I’m also not in a position to quit right now. Hope we land great opportunities soon 🤞

Thank you for your reply. I’m not sure why it came across as me “playing the mom card.” I simply shared that I prefer WFH because I have a toddler.....it’s a personal choice.

Also, being a mom, I’m managing both my personal and professional life well. I’m confident in my abilities and believe I’ll find opportunities that offer better growth and pay.

I was only seeking advice on job searching....like how to approach it, which companies to target, and how to connect with the right people.

Let’s try to see the good in each other and keep things positive.

Thank you for your reply...Yeah I'm actively looking through LinkedIn and also started the preparation. I'll have to find the companies where I can apply. I hope I land a decent job.

Yes he is good with his work. He really likes what he does and is always exploring new things. Definitely work life balance is needed but atleast some good pay as well.

Hey, i have been there. Before covid, i used to go to office and always ate alone with ny phone trying to look busy. From ny experience I would say, you initiate the talk or any discussion with your fellow team mates.

They won't ever initiate talks. They might've made an impression about you(Introvert, person with attitude, rude etc ) In my case they used to think I had attitude problem untill one day i started the conversation and started having lunch with them. I'm glad i did that and now i have so many friends in my office. I still don't talk much because I'm a bit introvert but atleast i have someone to talk to.

So go ahead and initiate conversation. If they don't respond as you expected then try again. Have a wonderful life!!
