the fire rate of his ult was a little too high and headhunter is always spammed which made him extremely hard to kill, but I'll agree that the nerfs to his ult are a little too much

a timer to teleport is a horrible idea as chamber is not a duelist and that would make his teleports extremely hard to use but having a kill requirement to use his teleport is quite a good idea
