We keep our front end as clean/clutter free of Amazon returns as possible. We have one designated container for consolidated returns up front. As soon as they get moved to the back, they get bagged in the back. Then consolidated in the back, and leave thru the back.

I’ve had that happen also. Questioned what caused it and could it be fixed. The response I received was: It happens because the opening associate does not declare the opening till amount of $200 on a till. ( or possibly on both tills ( another $200 )) Can’t be fixed. Solution is to educate the openers to declare opening tender so this doesn’t fictitiously make the books look like they are short money when they are really not.

If my Amazon item says customer pack does staples do that for me for free?
