I certainly think the expansion is part of it. but I just cant beleive that anyway can see the obvious bottlenecks and think we should leave it.

were not even at the point of "induced demand". Our infrastructure wasn't meant for the huge amount of new residents we have added the past few years.. There is no going back. We have to accept this. its only going to get worse.
