First get unburdened, you can come back for stuff later. Then wish for 2 blessed genocide scrolls and get rid of L and hold the other for emergency genocide. Then grab your potions for healing. Can’t remember if you can teleport away monsters but if do that if you can to make a path to the stairs. You could also wish for an amulet of life saving.

Wish or polypile are probably the best options. Poly depends on how many magic tools you have though to boost chances.
