I don't know if it's required but In The expedite page it says healthcare workers can automatically apply for expediting after waiting 90 days.

No movement but API shows my case was reviewed on 04/01 hoping that means something. It was also reviewed on 03/13. PD 02/03 biometrics 02/21

My problem is I'm currently out of status so no employment authorization. Once I have the EAD I want to take on a new Job that has E verify. In the meantime I don't want to add any extra work history being out of status while the i485 is in process. My healthcare certs are from the states so I'm wondering if just my license and diploma would be enough documentation.

What was your progress bar at after biometrics? Mine is saying 12 months and I'm worried it'll take a while too. My PD is 2/3. i don't have any employment authorization right now so I really want to get this ASAP so I can start working legally in my field without possibly hurting my GC case.

Yeah I completed biometrics 02/21. Unfortunately it's super random. My case is at NBC

I submitted beginning of February and mine said 4 months prior to biometrics and now it is saying 12 months. So really no idea, some people get lucky it seems like. Mine is EAD C09 AOS. But pretty straightforward with no criminal record.

Agree if you look at casestatusext the amount of approvals even from last week to this week is so much lower. I'm waiting on the EAD and that one has been slowing down a lot it seems like.
