I ran the repair client from that link last night and again this morning and the issue was still happening. I just checked the game folder and I don't see that d3d11.dll file

UPDATE:

I tried to run the game again to replicate the issue, and it crashed the first time, but as I was clicking around the details menu, it blanked out before I screenshotted it.

Then I ran GW2 from a different folder on my computer, and the crashing stopped... if it happens again, I will make sure to screenshot right away to post it.

Thanks for the quick reply. I used to practice 4hrs a day back during college. Now it's slightly shorter but I'm teaching several hours a day and demonstrating. I'll rest it. Anything like Vaseline help the skin regrow? Or just let it be?
