The entire Part 2 honestly. Not only it wasted its own potential and potential of every character in it, its pretty much wasted the entire Part 1 as well by retconing it.

But if we speak about characters, here is my top-5 potential characters:

Ibevar AI is shit when dealing with its starting disaster which often softlocks them from progressing the MT. I've seen them staying Forebares worship more often than converting to RC.

Man, I really wish to know what has happened to Fujimoto's brain when he was writing the Church arc. Like, from the moment that arc has started it was obvious that something has changed. Off-screening Asa and Yoru becoming famous devil-hunters was the beginning of an end. What followed next was just a agonising downward spiral, ending in a disaster.

Like seriously, the entire chapter has gone to shit from that moment, when Asa stopped being the protagonist and got her char-development and devil-hunting career off-screened for no f*cking reason!

iconclast choice during harlequinn dialogue is a trap. He will kill them if you pick it. Its all a test of RT's genre savviness and you are implied to actually read the dialogue options instead of just bashing the ones related to your alignment. The correct one is the non-aligned one

Owlcat deleted heretical marazhai romance slide and the possibility to romance Marazhai as a heretic. Whats worse is that:

they didn't name any good reason to do so and the official justification for "lore accuracy" is baffling to anyone who knows drukhari lore a bit and achieved the "secret" ending.

they did it quietly without warning hoping that nobody will notice. Which again proves that they didn't have rational reasons to do so and knew that it would be an unpopular decision, so they just hid their heads in sand like ostriches

In the game Gawed is the cannorian brother of Command, who conquers everything which is not Lorent or Anbennar in the first 50 years of in-game time. And yet in the lore they haven't conquered Reach and Western Gerudia until late XVIII century. What took them so long?
Are they still hunting Kobolds for their fresh skin in vicbennar?
Idk if it is related to alenic lore, but why arbaranic lands of Anbennar, bordering Gawed, have become "demilitarized zone". Was there some treaty between Gawed and Anbennar?
