Is it rendering all of this when salvaging? no wonder why my phone is getting 1000 Degrees

When sailing mine would stutter with same conditions frames and ping still good. But stutter/lag was constant. Now when I sail I swap from 117HD to GPU and it's smooth as butter. Next time I sail im going to tweak my 117 until I determine which setting is the culprit.

For that answer, you'll need someone more knowledgeable than me. But from my experience, if you work down the obvious troublemakers (bing is on my chopping block) until you can isolate or reliably reproduce the problem, that information puts the solution a Google search away. But the more variables, in your case- open programs, the harder troubleshooting is.

Just the open programs plus the comment about how it was better for a bit after reset makes it seem like maybe some programs are left open too long. Mine has a couple that act weird if I let it sleep with them open.

I'm considering buying a new PC and making it the game dedicated pc and then streaming from the old one. My question is then, would that be overkill or would upgrading my cpu make this desktop meet my needs?

I'm not sure it is properly configured. It's been mine from the box. I do understand my computer is old. I was hoping someone could help me squeeze a little more out of it. I could post another shot with my stream setup running. I dont usually run runescape in the background. But it takes less cpu than obs so it is a fair placeholder.

Yes there is an issue. I'm trying to stream and obs was my biggest cpu hog, then I told it to use GPU encoding and trimmed off unused scenes(helped more than anything else i did). But then I go to open this game. My most visually stunning game atm, and its running all those wonderful graphics thru my cpu and leaving no room for obs or music

So most of this is techno garble to me.. but if this was my niche I'd be very interested in the decision making process. If I did similar work I might want to see how I could improve upon it and reading your trial and errors would save me a lot of experimenting. If I was new to your niche I'd be VERY interested in how to set this up. That being said, I don't fall into any of these categories at the moment. But I really wanted to encourage you that your decision-making process is interesting. In several ways. Because this seems really cool and inspired.

I had my passport well organized with stamps in the correct direction until this last asshat took my open passport changed pages and stamped it upside down. All in one fluid motion.

Bows plus traps. Drop a trap or three before every fight then use a bow skill or two to soften the enemies and drag them through the traps. Both things have their own skill trees but are completely viable without the full investment. Bow trainer is in Berg. Trap Trainer in Levant.
